and i think this is sf/j music blog--which has hot new anglo/sri lankan hiphopper/electronica artist mashed up w. super mario brothers one week and the father of the hawaiian guitar (which sounds like ledbelly, and lomax--but that might be a chickenegg thing) in the same week.

my favourite part of tosches on minselstry is how he talked about hawaii, and how the guitar managed to come over v. early to america, and how easy it intergrated into african american r/b and country.
