i cant get no, i cant get no, i cant get no (the stutter start literalises shooting the wad--the whole song is about shooting yr wad b/4 the time that is approite.
cant be a man/cause he doesnt smoke/the same brand of cigarettes as me
the terror of unstable gender, or something like that?
its a criticism of capitalism, a conflation of sex and capital, a sort of commenting on women as sexual beings, and them as whores?
the half sentences, the constant repetion, the grinding guitars, the propuslive ryhthym meant to be a metonymy of coitus, but that metonyomy seems almost a parody? (5 years later, that same soundtrack becomes sexphobic, becomes afraid of pleasures and bodies, with punk)
is this proto punk
