it is mostly mentioned in the non cannonical infancy gospel, in an alabaster jar, looking backward to the gold/frankenscene/myhr and forward to the funeral spices (and the whole the poor will always be with us thing)

they didnt take the whole foreskin off, just a portion...the tip, whatever that means
