50 christians singing hymns randomly on the street corner, zines and posters on walls, tracts that ape punk handbills, rock and roll music, xxxchurch.com and the god kills a kitten meme, tent revivals in downtown parking lots like TAZs, all of a sudden evangicale christians have come into situionist pranks and dadaist street theater--some questions--

1)where did they pick all of this up, most of them really arent the leftists i expect.
2)why did they pick this up.
3) irony, artifice and perfomance seems opposite of the christian lifestyle, and street theater required it.
4) what can the left learn ?
