(of course the idea that no one is invincible to aids is here, and even america cannot escape from it, something that has been said over and over again at the worlds aids conference, from protestors who ask for 1 billion dollors and no abstience red tape, to the president of uganda, who said this:

and then talked that condoms were a stopgap measure, a " a good improvisation". Which is an important thing to notice, and a vital way to realize how much colonial practice is still working w/i africa.
