some notes on wycliffe:

a) i dont fit in

b) i wont fit in

c) though i never fit in, so i need to figure if this is usual not fitting in or something larger

d) i am not paticulalry good at being proper, and the place sort of runs on this low lever properity

(low level propoerity)

e) there is a v. obv. heirachy, several times in the last week or so i have been reminded me of that

f) i feel uncomfortable in places that reward keeping things in check, in being proper, in knowing yr place

g) my values are radically difft then most peoples here

(i like the people, a lot, and there is this sense that the work i do will always put me on the radical edge of theological discourse, and by extension the theological community, and theologians don't tend to be as loud as others)

so four questions:

a) can i move
b) will place a be better then place b or c or d.
c) is the general isolation of wycliffe a spec. problem to the institution or a larger problem vis a vis the work i am doing.
d) if it is the latter, will it be solved by going to knox or the like.
e) will it be easier to move or will it be easier to stay?

(i mean talk to chris, etc, but jason talked about having no backstage right now
always having to be on--thats one of the things about being an aspie, is having to spend so much time of yr emotional energy calibrating
