What went on at Abu Ghraib was a complete breakdown of discipline and authority, and these are merely specific acts within a sea of a multitude of specific acts

sir mark thathcher got kick backs in the 80s for his work facillating deals b/w Saudi Arabia and the UK, and has been arrested several times since then for arms dealing, so this latest attempt to destableize Eqauatial Guineas government with large amounts of money and arms is w/i charachter.

kerry ended up in cambodia, and didnt lie about it, which g ives him points for h onesty but distracts points for engaging in an illegal war
bryan makes the arguement that if the enemy is getting soilders and arms from behind cambodias borders, it is w/i the just war tradition (though he wouldnt use those words) to chase them in there.

there is something here, about the democratazation of media, of the ease of finding, producing and distrubuting media in an age that is wolf to lamb hungry for information.
but democratazation doesnt mean you are doing it for democracies.

if you were running the miltary campaign in iraq, would you be super eager to orcheastrate a regime change right away ? regardless, zimbabwae seems a better chance to surrive american imperalist tendencies.

israel is not allowing palestines care, giving them makeshift treatment behind bars. i know about the lack of beds, however because they are doing it, critical mass, hospital swamped, all of that, but all of palestinan treatment are not getting treatment, not only the ones on hunger strike and it is a larger structure of isreali power.

the Committee on the Present Danger didnt really believe in things like due process, fair trials, nessc. wars,et.al
but they did believe in the domino theory.

i wonder, there are things that amaze me about kerry, like he is more radical then america allows (the almost talking about empire, the renewable resources, the fear about the war being unilateral) and then there is the mom and apple pie stuff, and the flip flap comment was a knifing wrt bush and his muleheaded nonesense but it wasso awkardly phrased and so badly constructed that it made him sound almost proud.
which is why i like th kerry, b/c she is the only one in the last 20 years (wives, vps, ps) that isnt being handled, isnt being told what to say and how to say it.
also why the fuck is stewart so nasty and under handed to conseratives and not to democrats, why didnt he jump down his throat on certain things (the voting for the war, the idea of liberal, the talking points) Stewart used to make people work. now--i'm not so sure

there is this parking garage, its hard to explain, when i stand in it, my body hums with a cosmic tension, and there are stars painted on the pillars and the place is falling down and there are elevator signs that are so beautiful and the place made me realize that the pictures i take of cities are a seeking out of holy sites and most of the graffiti is in one place, and that grafitti is mostly sacred, talking about locations or prayer or things like that, and there is in the corner on the bottom floor (there are five floors, the top floor fatherest away from everything that is where the elevator sign is, neon, fifties, green adn white)--but in the exact opposite space, hidden crude drawings of a woman showing the world her cunt (that word is crude now, but it has powerful magic, cwne, queen, cow, cunt--the concept of enternal womanhood, the birth canal of the universe, that holy and sacred space, where stonehenge was based on and where it was burnt from the mind of christendom, it is a cunt and that cunt reminds me of nothing more then a shilengigh, and how to get from the shilengigh to the elevator sign is this double helix decript ramp, and that ramp on each of the levels has bushes and trees and nonesense growing from it, and everyone seems to gain this holy energy from it, like the thurminer humming i used to get in churches, and pat thinks its on this massive ley line, and i dont know, but it does fill that god shaped hole, and bryan is energized in a way that i cannot explained, and danielle found it for us but im not sure im allowed to write about it, and near the elevator sign i can see the city, and the painting of the birks building adn the first lutheran church and all that noise and i sing ot my self that anglican hymn glenys taught me--god of concerte god of steel, a hymn that was in one year and only one year and all of this doesnt really make sense, but its from the top of my head and its what i wanted to say
