israel is not allowing palestines care, giving them makeshift treatment behind bars. i know about the lack of beds, however because they are doing it, critical mass, hospital swamped, all of that, but all of palestinan treatment are not getting treatment, not only the ones on hunger strike and it is a larger structure of isreali power.
