15 things about the hospital.

1) the colour of the ward makes me sad
2) creative expressions is like kindergarden art class, and i was the only one playing with post minimal grids.
3) most of my assertive training group was spent discussing resturant ettiqute.
4) im exhausted
5) they changed my room, so i am in a double, which just sent me around the bend, yelling and screaming and having drama queen moments, how come all of my panic attacks come out like gloria swanson in sunset bvld. (ray dont answer that) (the double room reminds me of being raped at sjsa, i wonder if they would take it more seriously if i was a woman)
6) drymouth sucks.
7) still cannot read anything more intellcutually sophiscated then fashion magazines.
8) im r eally really bad at jigsaws.
9) visitors help.
10) im still panicaly and sad and i dont know where i am, pyschally.
11) my shrink reminds me of
a) a gnome
b) a penishead
c) ben kinglsey in mrs harris

(he also wears alot of blue blazers and bow ties, wasp wasp wasp.
12. gotta slow down and not be worried about getting work done.
