Mogawli, a robot that leapfrogs, of course from japan.
kohei yokeshi's photos of toyko couples having polymporphus sex in bushes, reminds me of Fukase photos of ravens, in how they suggest movement abstractly, and have a kind of sinister, furtive energy.

these 7 photos of women in the white hosue, haev the super aturated brights of sirk, the stiff iconicness of newton, and the explciit fashion choices of jackie o, weirdly violent in places, or at least assumed violence, esp the motorocade with her no the back of a black lincoln contentital.

grant hamiltion's polaroid photographs manage to work thru the two formal questions the media approaches, the ready made frame, and the saturated colour. the abstractions, and the clean, well constructed shapes and forms, are smooth without being vapid. the diptychs fit together in the same way as some of the more famous hard edged abstractionists, but smaller, more domestic and more intimate. some of them are too awkward, and fail to work, and the collection would have suited a slight edit, but thats minor quibbling. i find them really inspirational.
