and then on the other side--we have people blowing up churches, markets, subways, mosques--people stoning women who are not dressed correctly, throwing walls on homosexuals, saying all of the old dangerous lies about the jews, and i can find links for all of them but they are on the front of yr paper--

and the worst thing, the worst fuckign thing (aside from the fact that i can not due anything about it at all) is that the muslims call on allah, through momahmmed, who was supposed to bring enlightenment and peace, and the christians commit the same violence that was committed on them 2000 years ago--we have not made any progress SINCE THE ROMANS.

i understand i think, for the first time in my life, the idea of breads and circuses, the idea that reading about matt damon and roni horn actually means i can get out of bed in the morning...and thinking of myself is of course selfish
