Its odd, i have taken myself out of the nature/nurture queer debates, allowed myself to think that sexuality (everyones, everywheres) is constructed according to normative social lines, you would think then that an article like this about genetic tendencies towards homsexuality would cause that view to change, it hasn't for a couple of reasons.

it seems to be the early 21st century's raisn d'etre(sp) to blame everything on genetics, or to accept genetics as the reason for it all--so this would contiune that social normaztion.

homsexuailty, the word, and the naming of the concept, came from a clinclical context in the late 19th century, this is the logical conclusion of that clincicazation. (sp)

same gendered attraction is so compicated, so fucked up (scratch that-repalce with human desire) that it cannot be explained away by one way or the other.

if we allow this to be viewed as apporite, homophobia will change from FUCK YOU to isnt it sad, and i prefer the first.
