this is a really useful tool that lets you go thru the permunbations that resulted in bush's win in 2000. it proves to me that he won the election legitmitly, using the standards that gore and he set down in their cases to the supreme court, but other circumstances will result in wins for either side.

the interesting thing about this, is that it does not discuss the disenfranchisemnt of black voters, felons, etc and it does not take note of family connection in flordia and it also fails to note how the basically useless electoral college was, or even how first past the post is truly a fuck up.
